For our client Volvo Cars we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master.

The Team:

You will work with the two development teams for the FnMPS product. On the Hercules application; Volvo Cars creates master production plan which is then consumed by several applications. This application is built in using Dialog APL which is a niche language and has its own challenge and that’s where second application Apollo comes into the picture which is created by another team Atlas aiming to create the Hercules using updated tech stack together with new functionalities. All development is done by the team and team members are in Gothenburg.



What you will do:

You will act as a leader for the team by driving and organizing the team events and supporting the teams in delivering value to customers. You will be coaching the teams and people in all aspects of agile ways of working and mind-sets. Managing and optimizing the flow of value, Encouraging Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps to improve quality and speed of delivery. You will drive team collaboration and development to achieve a self-driven, high performing team with high level of trust, engagement, and psychological safety.



You will support the Product Owner in his effort to manage the backlog with respect to priorities and scope. Facilitate preparation and readiness for PI ceremonies and work together with the fellow Scrum Masters to improve the collaboration in the cluster. Drive team PI objectives and work to increase clarity about the purpose of the product. Encouraging continuous improvement as well as collaboration across roles and domains.



You and your skills:

Volvo Cars is looking for a person with servant and inclusive leadership mindset and relevant Scrum Master experience in software product development environment. It’s valuable if you have technical background.
