🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Scrum Master (Corporate Landing Hub) 🔹



Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk (3 days a week from the office)

Type of agreement: B2B contract with possible extension



We are looking for Scrum Master to work with 2 teams inside standardized Corporate Landing Hub.



Teams to be supported by SM:



1) well structured team of LTM consultants (mostly), focusing on Credit Risk Platform application, built from the scratch in Pega



2) New Java Team to be formed soon for Corporate Products Catalogue, Business Decision Register and Pricing Tool - all new applications to be build in Java



We expect Scrum master to help to ensure progress, predictability and quality. SM is also to work closely with Product Owner and the team to perform: planning, follow up, delivery, impediment handling, continuous Improvement.



Must-have knowledge and experience:



  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Team player and excellent communicator
  • The drive to succeed through others and with coaching approach
  • Experience working Agile, Safe, software development, SDLC
  • Dluent English
  • Relevant certification is an advantage
