For our client we are looking for a Full-Stack Developer.

You will develop customer-facing features for our portal and take end-to-end responsibility for solutions - from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement.



Your responsibilities

• Design and develop frontend and backend functionality.

• Own features from requirements clarification through production.

• Build secure, scalable, maintainable, and cost-efficient solutions.

• Develop and maintain automated, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Deploy, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot services in production.

• Contribute to architecture decisions and provide constructive code reviews.

• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering colleagues to deliver customer value.

• Improve technical quality, reliability, development practices, and technical debt.

• Share knowledge and support less-experienced engineers.

• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly, validating outputs against quality and security standards.



Your profile

• Demonstrated experience independently delivering full-stack features in production.

• Strong competence in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

• Experience designing and consuming REST,GraphQL APIs.

• Knowledge of microservices, integration patterns, and asynchronous communication.

• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

• Practical experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and production operations.

• Experience with automated testing using tools such as JUnit, Jest, or Cypress.

• Understanding of software security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Experience working in an Agile product team using Scrum or Kanban.

• Strong ownership, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Fluent English, written and spoken.



Additional merits

• Experience with event-driven architectures, JMS, WebSockets

• Experiencewithlog streaming tools (e.g., Kafka, AWS Kinesis) will be considered asplus.

• Knowledge of clean architecture and reusable design principles.

• Experience with observability, performance testing, or security testing.

• Experience using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Kiro, MCP servers, or AI agents.

• Ability to interpret UX designs and collaborate through tools such as Figma.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

If any deviations or discrepancies occur, the supplier should inform Ework and the candidate should not be moving forward in the procurement process.

Any supplier awarded an assignment with our client needs to, at least, perform checks on:

• Identity verification

• Right-to-work confirmation

• Address verification (covering approximately the last 10 years)

• Education verification (highest relevant degree or certification)

• Financial fitness (e.g., history of bankruptcy or significant debts)

• Corporate directorship review (where applicable)

• Criminal record check in accordance with local legislation

• Basic open-source / media review (including social media)
