Senior ERP Transformation Lead - IFS Cloud

CGI is seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Transformation Lead to lead a large-scale business and ERP modernization initiative for a major Nordic enterprise.



This is a high-impact leadership assignment with direct exposure to executive stakeholders and responsibility for driving a complex transformation from legacy IFS environments to IFS Cloud. The role goes far beyond traditional project management and requires someone who can effectively lead change, influence senior decision-makers, and build alignment across both business and technology organizations.



You'll take ownership of a strategic transformation program covering several core business functions, including:

• Finance
• Human Resources
• Procurement & Supplier Management
• Enterprise-wide business processes and supporting platforms



The objective is not only to modernize the ERP landscape, but also to transform business processes, governance models, and ways of working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a complex ERP transformation program end-to-end
• Drive migration from legacy IFS to IFS Cloud
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Establish governance, alignment, and decision-making across the organization
• Lead change management and business transformation activities



Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programs
• Strong IFS / IFS Cloud transformation experience
• Background in business transformation and organizational change
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in multinational and complex business environments
