We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation of a Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) capability.



The goal of this assignment is to establish a more structured and continuous approach to identifying, prioritizing, validating, and addressing cybersecurity exposures across the organization.



The Program Manager will lead and coordinate the overall implementation, working closely with cybersecurity, IT, business stakeholders, and dedicated project leads responsible for technology and organizational change.



The focus of this assignment is on turning the CTEM vision into a practical, working capability, by bringing together the necessary processes, people, data and technology.



Key responsibilities

The Program Manager will:

• Lead and coordinate the CTEM program, including planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder management, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate the technology and change workstreams, ensuring clear responsibilities, collaboration, and alignment toward common objectives.
• Help establish practical ways of working across the CTEM lifecycle, from identifying and prioritizing exposures to validation and mobilization.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to define responsibilities, governance, decision-making, and processes needed to support the future CTEM capability
• Oversee technology evaluation and selection, working with technical specialists and procurement to ensure solutions support business and operational needs.
• Coordinate the identification of key data requirements and dependencies, working with relevant teams to address gaps and establish pragmatic solutions.
• Establish measures for success, and support the transition from implementation into an ongoing operational capability, with clear ownership and a plan for continued improvement.
• Support the transition from implementation program into a sustainable CTEM operating model and service delivery, including ownership, governance, service definitions, interfaces and continuous improvement.



Expected outcome:

• By the end of the seven-month assignment, the objective is to have an initial operational CTEM capability within an agreed scope, supported by defined processes, responsibilities, relevant technology, and measureable outcomes.
• The focus is on establishing a sustainable foundation that can be further developed, scaled, and expanded over time.



Krav / kvalifikationskriterier

We are looking for a senior program manager with experience leading complex cybersecurity or IT transformation initiatives.

Ideally, you bring:

• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving technology, processes, and organizational change.
• A good understanding of cybersecurity, preferably including exposure management, vulnerability management, or related areas.
• Experience coordinating technology selection and implementation activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across both technical teams and senior management.
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach and the ability to navigate dependencies, manage risks, and drive progress.



You do not need to be a technical expert in every CTEM area. What matters most is your ability to lead a complex initiative, bring the right expertise together, and turn plans into tangible results.
