Assignment description

For our client we're looking for a Verification & Validation Lead, 
﻿
The Verification & Validation department supports brands in EU and consist of three areas:
• SW Verification (Functional Health Check test and Over The Air test)
• Complete Car Validation
• Säve workshop including management of all test vehicles complete life cycle during the development process
﻿
The department is managed by a management team that include project managers for all Verification & Validation activities within the department.
﻿
The team is located at Test Site Säve as well as Lindholmen, Gothenburg.
﻿
Description of the assignment
- Align and agree on the number of cars and upcoming test planning, including rigs and adaptive tests.
- Summarize connected budget and align the budget between the line and project.
- When needed collect spare parts need and initiate order with the logistic department.
- Lead and arrange Vehicle benchmark activities, test events & test expedition coordination.
- All tasks apply for the complete V&V scope as well as towards relevant interface in Research Institute.

Qualifications and skills required for the role: 
- Experience from minimum full car development projects through all phases from PS to OktB
- +10y experience in project management
- SW development and OTA process knowledge
- Test rig and complete vehicle verification and validation skills

Personal attributes
- Team player with a positive attitude and high level of adaptability towards a changing environment
- Strong communication skills

Other
The assignment includes travel: Within EU 2-3 times per year, to China 2-3 times per year
