We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to drive business transformation initiatives, process improvements, and IT-enabled change programs. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects, from initial analysis and pre-study through implementation and operational handover.



The ideal candidate has extensive experience in business consulting, process development, and IT implementation projects, with the ability to lead complex initiatives independently and influence stakeholder decisions at multiple organizational levels.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into effective process and IT solutions.
• Drive activities across all project phases, including pre-studies, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and change management.
• Provide functional and process expertise, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support organizational change and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and project team members.
• Work independently with limited supervision while managing complex and ambiguous challenges.



Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting, business analysis, process improvement, or IT transformation projects.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business processes, process mapping, and process optimization methodologies.
• Experience working with enterprise systems and IT implementations.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.



Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in ERP, CRM, PLM, or other enterprise application implementations.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are considered an advantage.

As a part of the contract signature, you, the supplier, will also sign a ‘SELF-DECLARATION FORM’ confirming all requested Background Checks are completed. If you/your consultant is selected for the assignment, you are responsible to ensure the background check is completed before signing a contract.



Our client reserves the right to request evidence of completion of these checks according to their expectations for the duration of the contingent worker assignment.



If any deviations or discrepancies occur, the supplier should inform Ework and the candidate should not be moving forward in the procurement process.

Any supplier awarded an assignment with our client needs to, at least, perform checks on:

• Identity verification

• Right-to-work confirmation

• Address verification (covering approximately the last 10 years)

• Education verifiation (highest relevant degree or certification)

• Financial fitness (e.g., history of bankruptcy or significant debts)

• Corporate directorship review (where applicable)

• Criminal record check in accordance with local legislation

• Basic open-source / media review (including social media)
